What is a Hot Tile?

A Hot Tile is a gastronorm sized tile which drops in the wells of bain-maries or chilled service counters.

Food can either be displayed directly on the Tile, or in one of our ceramic dishes placed on the Tile. The Hot Tile absorbs the temperature of the counter so does not require any power.
